Pokemon Let's GO Pikachu and Let's GO Eevee are two different version of essentially the same game with a few differences. Some of these include version exclusive Pokemon, but the main differences are between your respective partner Pokemon. They even have their own unique special moves! Version differences might be something new for you Pokemon GO players, or it may even be something that veteran players still cant get used to, but regardless of when you got into the series... You missed one difference at least, and I haven't even played yet--the custom outfits! That's what made the decision for me in the end, as the Eevee version gets so many more outfits (one for each Eeveelution) from the Pokefan club.

I'm surprised that Pikachu sell out more than Eevee. When I was little I was obsessed with pikachu. Now that I'm older I'm into Eevee. I bought the game Pokemon let's go Eevee. Haven't got a Nintendo switch yet but I will buy it in December. Can't wait. Eevee needs more love. Not that I hate Pikachu but its to overrated.

I think Eevee is the essence of Pokemon trainers. I feel like eevee is a metaphor about choosing your own pathway because of the many evolution forms it comes. It makes each trainer unique in how they want to play the game.

Pokemon Let's Go could have some improvements but it did some things right.

Pokemon following you
No hms
RENAMING RIVAL

Make game corner into an arcade you can play

EDIT: For those of you that are wondering I'm going to be playing Pokemon Let's GO Pikachu but I do plan on getting Let's GO Eevee in the near future as well :)

Why is version exculsive a thing anyway...
I swear it seems like its whole purpose is to annoy us.
Can u imagine an 8 year old buying lets go eevee and dreaming about catching that scyther just to find out he cant catch it just because he bought the wrong version?
The fact that you cant complete the pokedex by yourself is so absurd to me.

I feel like if I ever got a starter Eevee, I would keep it as an Eevee forever, but then go out of my way to make an Eeveelution Team. If that meant catching Wild Eevee's and evolving them, or just catching the wild evolved form.

Another difference is the clothing options. In let's go you get your starters evolved form clothes. That's one outfit for pikachu and eight for eevee.

Actually there is some on who gives you an arcanine if you catch 5 meowth or a Persian if you catch 5 growlithe so you don’t need to trade
