All Version Differences in Pokemon Ruby, Sapphire & Emerald

It's time for the next version differences installment! Today, we're going to be taking a look at Pokemon Ruby, Sapphire and Emerald. This is the longest video of the whole series so far, so I really hope you enjoy it!

*EDIT* Looks like I forgot to talk about Pokedex entries... There's always one thing! Well, anyway, the Pokedex entries differ between versions. :)

Groundon and Kyogre looks like 2 kids fighting to see who is the best ninja turtle and Rayquaza os their mom that slaps them and make they go back to their room until dinner is ready

This was the second Pokemon game (Ruby) I played (yellow being the first) and I was enchanted by it. The colors, the new Pokemon, berries, contests, the music! Everything about it was exciting and when I opened up Ruby Version on my birthday it was the best birthday I've ever had, best gift I've ever gotten for so many reasons. This game cemented my love for Pokemon and I played it over and over again. Rse will always have a special place in my heart and is still my favorite Pokemon game.

Hey! I love your version differences videos. Keep up the good work! Regarding this episode, I think you forgot one major difference - in Emerald, the Abilities have outside-the-battle effects, most important being Synchronize and Suction Cups.

dang dude, this video is over five years old and im just NOW finding it??

I've tried for years to find gen 3 trivia on youtube and its almost always disappointing. always a buncha widely known facts - some obvious, some mostly only gen3ers would know. from weird surf bugs to little deliberate easter eggs. but its been years since anyone's shown me something i didn't already know.

but this here is actually very thorough and well put together. i especially love the map differences. I've never seen anyone cover this before and i love seeing the overworld map without field of vision limits. and to see all the variety in the details really tickles my ocd-ish persona.

but what i wanna knows is HOW did i NEVER get recommended any of your videos before?? i mean- you're obviously doing well for yourself on this platform, so i can't blame the algorithm... but what the heck youtube? AGAIN, this video is OVER 5 YEARS OLD!! And literally, at LEAST twice a year i look for content like this!!

fyi, i searched "gen 3 pokemon" to find this video. i know- very generic search.. but i've tried so many searches, so many times (including 'gen 3 pokemon') and rarely find anything new. and if its new, its usually a suspiciously familiar video lol. not saying people are just re-vamping older videos.. but yeah, oddly similar to eachother.

ALSO, a lil trivia i discovered less than a month ago; using Defense Curl before Rollout or Ice Ball increases the dmg of each move. idk if you already knew that. i was surprised how many people have known this. here i am finding out near the end of 2021 lol. kind of embarrassed about that, but i love learning new things so i'll take it as a win.
