Changed the Cruise quote a bit:

"The future is not coming because we couldn't solve it."

Sadly the iD Buzz doesn't get anywhere near the claimed mileage, in real life. Which is why the 18mth waiting list vanished in Europe and VW are already discounting them.

I have been using charge with solar on my Tesla app and absolutely love this application, which reduces my charging anxiety by seamlessly adjusting the charging to available solar, so that it does not drain the battery when solar availability drops. Tesla Powerwalls are incredible and we have been enjoying ours since 2018 installation to complement our 13.2 kW solar PV system installed in 2012, which enables us to operate as a microgrid for ~8 months of the year in Edmonds, WA.

Wish the ID Buzz had better range, Rivian software, and a NACS charge port.

No Dillon. Kymeta is NOT just "another US based satellite communication company". It is an antenna manufacturer that bundles OneWeb and cell phone services with its antennas. Not too many cell phone towers in the middle of an ocean and OneWeb coverage is spotty at best.

I saw one. Very Blade Runner. My favorite movie. Favorite actor, Harrison Ford. The cybertruck however needs refinement which of course, I think will happen as it evolves just as the Model 3 has over the years which I now drive. Great news on hardware 3 getting 12.5 FSD soon. Hurrah.

You have got to love VW.
Everyone that has ever been in a VW ID.4 is screaming at the top of their lungs about the shitty soft ware interface.
So VW just decideds to put in this new vehicle.
Great job VW.

If Tavares truly was talking only about himself why didn't he just say "I was arrogant" instead of "We"? Right! So believable!

My wife says the Cybertruck looks like a stainless steel refrigerator on wheels.

As long as it’s talking to bring FSD to CyberTruck, I cannot see Tesla providing / licensing FSD to any other manufacturer and their vehicles any time soon… if there is ever an agreement to do so, it would seem to take years to implement.

I look forward to being able to get a Lucid. Every reviewer that I watch really likes the vehicle and reviewers drive lot of cars.

Come back when you are profitable Rawlinson. Lucid is a long long way from their first dollar.

We have been getting 4 mi/kWh for past 6 years in my wife's 2018 M3 RWD LR, and also in my 2022 MSLR, so our observed efficiencies are way better than 3.5 mi/kwh.

If Lucid can improve their software as well, then yeah
