Having a well stocked van is super important. You can fix it the first time without having to leave and come back. It really helps you increase your numbers. Great video man.

Point number two was my favorite.The biggest problem I’m having with with guys from the trades is attention to details and also doing a quality job the first time.

It just seems to me that sometimes guys have an attitude of, hurry up and get this one done so, we can head to the next one.

Flush and clean R-22 lines before installing a 10 ton r410a system, for starters.

Maybe not install it a mere couple inches from a wall.

Beginning of the season 2022 April my small company that I work for lost a great man my boss the owner of the company my mentor died of a heart attack died right in my arms it broke my heart. It's now the end of a long season ., my first real season out your words ring so true . I am blessed to have this job and so many opportunity .
