Sandhill cranes!!! I've seen some of those irl, they're way bigger than they seem when they're preserved. They're dinosaurs! Pretty chill ones tho.

Florida man here, can confirm Sandhill Cranes do have an abnormally loud call now that I think about it, very easy to be woken up by them because they’re always in our yard, luckily we only have two mated pairs in our neighborhood

Hey! I just found your channel, it’s so cool because where I go to college we have a lab building with these cabinets that I just went through. I am curious- our cabinets had a plethora of moth balls, is that common for preservation? I looked it up and they are very toxic to humans, so I was curious.

A pair of Sandhill cranes live near My dads property, a mated pair. Absolutely gorgeous birds, and they sound like dinosaurs when they do make noise 1:10
