EDIT* I've noticed some early comments from people saying Nintendo could STILL ban your Nintendo account for using this cart with your own games. So use at your own risk!

My problem with MIG is not piracy, but people can copy the game, sell the original cartridge and both get banned from Nintendo. That would put an end to used game sales.

If 3DS games were still being sold brand new on shelves I would buy them. I'm not paying ridiculous prices for used games because some nerd said it's supposedly rare. So the high seas I sail

I think the lesson here people is, if your a pirate, stay offline at all possible times!!

All I’ll say is; If Nintendo can’t sell me any GameCube to 3DS games without paying some random dude on eBay for $500 dollars (that Nintendo can’t sniff at all). All of the moral issues goes out of the window.

I like the dumper for preservation purposes. I am one of those weirdos who likes to back up their entire physical library to be legal and play the games on emulators later down the line.

Hey Wood, the button is designed to be pressed with the cartridge flap closed. Just press on the cartridge flap over the button and it should work. :)

MIG switch cart solves portability problem while still being able to fully own game physically. I like this idea and may need to pick one up.

I have to watch this video now instead of saving it for later because I wonder how long until it's taken down.

the problem with that is that if you loose your mig switch, someone find it and get access to all your games and can upload your games to internet💀

The problem I have with these games, physical and digital copies, is that the prices can be too much. Developer do alot of work, yes, but the price can still be ridiculous. It's why I don't buy many switch games in general

I have the same issue that you do. I love having physical games, and I love traveling with them, but it's terrifying to have upwards of $1k worth of games on my person. I once almost lost my games case and I was worried sick for weeks before I found it, I don't have the money to replace them if I lose them. This seems like it may actually be a good solution for that.

That Dark Cloud battle theme at 8:47 was unexpected. Shout-out to the editor.

What a bad timing for this video: This morning i've been reading some news about Nintendo starting to ban (not super-ban yet, luckily) some MIG Switvh users in the new firmware 19 update. Be aware yall, be safe.

I think that Nintendo should've already made something like this so that you can change the games without touching the cartridge and just by a menu or something

Nintendo of America's lawyers are always working. They're gonna be like "Nintendo switch games have protective anti piracy measures and by copying them youre bypassing those security measures" or something like that and sue for millions.
