You know, I think I’ve come around on the collecting thing. I see why it’s important. It’s not only just to “have one of everything” — it’s legitimately history, and also art. Each of those not only represents a moment in history for Nintendo and the Switch, but they also represent many moments in history for YOU — doing all the work you had to do in order to get them, and then having to double check your work because people are crummy and rip others off — It’s really neat. Now you have a tangible piece of history to go with those pieces of memory. :) Great video Wood. One of my favorites from you.

You can in fact reprogram joy cons to come up with any color you want on the switch itself. A tool to do that exists because of shell swaps. The seller of the "fake" $300 joy cons has "custom" in the title which hints that they are not the real deal to me.
