I only recently bought the DJI phantom 4, as my first drone, based on your advice. I still think it is the best drone to use as a first try, I really love it.
I also love the Mavic Pro, and the GoPro Karma(Waterproof); However I am sure that many drones will be released in the near future, with featuresd such as:
- full surround obstacle avoidance
- sound recording, eliminating propeller noise
- voice command control
- extended flight time
Can you let us know what other features you are looking for?
I love NYC, I have only visited in 2014, but I Google it all the time, and I love the area where you live and film.

I used to have a DJI Inspire 1 which was so amazing, but it was too hard to get it from point A to point B when travelling around. Especially hiking. That's why the Mavic is so great. You can even put it in with your usual camera bag. Love it! The most practical travel drone yet in my opinion

Well the picture isn't sharp, actually it's very blury. Don't know if it's the camera or it happened in conversion, but the picture isn't as good as others. And you can still see propellers. The advantage is portability I guess.

I'm no expert, but this is the most impressive drone technology I've seen to-date. Stable, good camera and very easy to fly.

Which means, of course, that Casey will have crashed his irreparably inside of 10 days.

I think the colors of the drone are amazing but i feel like the picture is a bit blurry

I think the Phantom 4 video is so much more crisp and clean compared to the new Drone. Cool drone but not the same picture quality but that's just my opinion.
