I gave MPB another chance and ordered a drone battery, I was informed it would be delivered on Monday, I patiently waited only to be informed it would be delivered Tuesday. It was then marked out on the van for delivery Tuesday. Again i waited patiently only to see by the tracking it was back in the depot Tuesday afternoon. Another example of great service from MPB!

Just one correction. The 7 times telephoto on the Mavic 3 & 3 Pro is not a Hasselblad designed camera, but a DJI design. I know DJI effectively own Hasselblad, but only the main 24 mm camera is Hasselblad's. Otherwise and excellent video and review. Thank you.

Big thanks to Imogen who managed to sort out my issues, I was so refreshing to communicate with someone who clearly understood the value in customer experience management. I did waste many hours on this as I felt it was matter a principle, that was my choice and I'm relieved it has been resolved. I will use MPB in the future, thanks again.

Caveat Emptor (Buyer Beware) When it comes to buying a Drone I would NOT recommend you use MPB. I bought one from them and what I was sold was NOT what I received. They may be great for camera gear but don't seem to have the expertise for drone sales.
