A11 onwards, transitions and animations are a key part of the fluidity of the device especially on HRR screens. Changing the scale to 0.5x doesn't speed things up but introduces janky frames and stuttering which may spoil the experience.

Others are OK.

Besides the power settings are for powerful phones only. Mid range phones with One UI core don’t have those settings.
