In astrology, the 40s is when your north node (also called Rahu in Vedic) really starts to mature. The north node is where you’re headed in this life or what you came here for, the south node is things you’re well aware of, things you’re good at, and is carried over from past lives. By 40 some start to realize they haven’t accomplished at all what they wanted (the north node) and sometimes go through the so called “mid life crisis”, which is also why they do completely different things. The north node is opposite of the south node in the birth chart. Most of the time we are pretty uncomfortable, uncertain, sometimes scared of north node things but we are also kind of drawn to them as well and have an underlying curiosity of that area. A lot of the time we stay closer to the comfortable south node which is not as beneficial for our growth, some people stay there an entire lifetime never going toward the north node or accomplishing what they came here for, and will most likely reincarnate until they feel fulfilled and feel more understanding in that north node area they are curious about. My mom left due to drugs early in my life, my dad took on 2 jobs and it was hard for us growing up. All the way up till now my and my little brother have never had girlfriends, and we always stayed quiet about how we felt, me and my brother are opposites in some ways where I know how to forgive and love, he’s better at holding grudges and hate, love the hell out of my bro, I came to a lot of realizations due to this video, thank you Peter!
