Glad I saw your video im about to begin both bhrt and glp 1 I have been suffering with menopause symptoms since my hysterectomy 5 years ago which in turn caused me gain ton of weight too on tip of horrible post menopause symptoms ! It's been awful and I need to lose 60 pounds I've had horrible hot flashes no energy brain fog hair loss severe insomnia and list goes on unfortunately and I' have been so miserable, so thanks you for sharing 👍

I'm post menopausal since 2010. In 2023 I had a really bad health scare from being obese. Had a hysteroscopy, DNC and the surgeon placed an IUD that releases progesterone and am on vagifem. Then I found Zepbound to help me lose weight since March 29.Down 42 lbs.
