I am afraid I have to agree with those saying this is a bad build. Valby has a very low base skill crit. I tested the stats on Ultimate Valby myself, with a 30% crit rate reactor, maxed skill insight and maxed emergency measures and only ended up with 15.5% skill crit chance. That plus the crit damage mods means taking up 4 slots, a lot of investment for far to little gain. Especially when Hydro pressure bomb works best on groups due to its effect, and Valby already mobs very well without it.
I dunno how good or bad Hydro Pressure bomb is, I haven't tested it myself yet. But with Valby's stats it would likely be better to to aim for power over crit.

I went with this build but my clean up was doing like 50k- 60k crit ticks to only 20k to under 30k crits . I feel like this one just isnt cutting it for me . Crits modules are a must but non attribute isnt cutting it for me . According to the lab testing on level 100s and 10 enemies I in fact lose 30k crit using this build .

sorry bro this build is trash.... 2% on the atk buff from the weapon alone isnt even worth it time to grind the gun. you can get more atk from putting actual mods on your gun rather than the 7 mods you have on the gun lol dont even get me talking about the valby build....
