I had been going to the Y for sauna sessions and when covid hit they shut them all down. I needed my sauna fix so I bought one for home and I use it almost every day. It is so convenient and I also added red light that I use while in the sauna. I am 70 and it is they best therapy for my aches and pains.

I converted a closet into a cedar lined, full spectrum sauna with eight Sauna Space bulbs. Dr Mercola converted his IR sauna with Sauna Space bulbs.

Please check the emf's emitted by a sauna you are interested in purchasing. I chose a Jacuzzi.

I purchased my Sunlighten Sauna 17 years ago. No maintenance issues at all. Amazing investment. It cost $2k at the time.

I have a sauna and it was very affordable at $1, 700 and I use it without the heat above 100. I do 60 minutes on all color lights and last 30 minutes with red light only. I know it’s helped my Lymphatic system because after breast cancer surgery 3 years since double mastectomy I only have to use my right arm pump 2 times a week instead of nightly!
It’s helped with my Reynolds too

Jacuzzi Sauna, we love it! We’ve had it for two years. Muscles healing, sleeping better, aching bones, stress relief, wonderful detox, whenever we are around sick people we always get in and have prevented getting sick! Highly recommend and healing! 💕. We need to work up to the higher temperature 130 is usually what we do. Thank you!

My Jacuzzi sauna is a full spectrum sauna. Because of the recommendations from a Finnish study, I am in the sauna at 170-175 degrees for 20 minutes several times a week.

This all sounds great but, I don’t have room for a sauna. And I can only imagine the cost. My hope is to purchase a infrared panel and a grounding pad. My 2 cents

We bought an infrared sauna from a chiropractor, and it does help with the winter months, if you’re ill, weight loss, and muscle recovery!

Do dry saunas provide all these benefits too? Or just reduced amounts of these benefits?
