As a person that has dealt with stalkers ... to the point of having to move more than once and also a person who has struggled with ED ...I CAN FEEL YOUR PAIN THROUGH THE SCREEN! moving when you love where you are at because someone ruined your safe space absolutely sucks! as someone who has gone through some similar struggles, talking about it out loud has helped immensely in giving it less power. and every time i hear another person who goes through something that i can relate to in that way, my heart warms a bit because they get it. and that’s a beautiful part of healing.
also, never feel like you have to apologize for your emotions. we all have feelings and there is so much strength in embracing them.
