These soldiers should be paid more for all they do. Parades, marching, events, rehearsing, fainting in the hot weather, drills, inspections, etc.

I can relate. In Greece we have Evzones, a Presidential Guard, that guards the tomb of the unknown soldier. They are wearing too very heavy clothes and standing still in very high temperatures. We are so proud of them, but at the same time we feel so sad watching them like this.

Don't ever take this situation lightly. A man died at the factory where I work from heat exhaustion. I don't care who you are. If you are on the ground passed out from the heat, you are in critical condition and need immediate medical attention! Stay safe, and stay hydrated!

This country needs to stop this barbaric treatment of people. Give them uniforms that are heat resistant and for the love of God, look at what you're doing to them, the man literally passed out and his immediate reaction to waking up was to stand tall and rigid. Awful! We arent living in uneducated times.
