im trying to dual boot windows and linux mint 22. i want linux mint to be installed on external ssd, can you try if the grub can be installed on external ssd? i have seen videos that automatically put the grub on the windows ssd

What if you already have linux? I tried to figure it out in VM, watched a vid on it, run MintUpgrade but it detected the old version as the new version. I have a ISO and mounted it not sure what to do next.
