Thank you Dr. Arezou Khosroshahi. you are at the forefront of gathering useful information in this pandemic - and I really appreciate that. I look forward to updates as more data becomes available - particularly for autoimmune disease people who do NOT take immunosupressants or steriods. This is a large category of people who do not seem to be well researched.

Thyroid issues, adrenal fatigue and psoriasis. I really want to take vaccine but the government has done zero to address concerns .

I just need to find someone to help me pass over the bridge if I get a bad side effect like a neurological disorder or something.
Because looking at how much suffering we need to endure to just go on living and all the unexpected deaths and sufferings around us, I don’t even see death as a tragedy anymore. I’m only WORRIED about HAVING TO LIVE with bad side effects.

It should be said that : increasing activity means increasing occurance and mobility with appropriate therapies and accommodations during this post acute state.
Graded exercise does not apply here as appropriate therapy because there is physical damage. Nerves and tissues need time and passive mobility, nerve gliding, hydrotherapy and light therapy to heal and rebuild but the rebuilding can not solely focus on muscle building. It isn't the same thing.

Terrible talk. Not helpful. No practical info was provided -- nothing we could have not figured out on our own for those who keep up with information on whatever AI disease they may have and how they should manage flu when they (we) get sick.
