I believe the Most High knows the POWER yet delicacy of the Male fallus and so because of the tenderness of babies, I believe the Most High wants to PROTECT us males in our mothers wombs up till the traumas of child birth as well as the risk of it. However once fully birthed and delivered, the foreskin could be then cut off for hygienic as well as other reasons moving forward as clothing and other protective measures are usually exercises by mother and father to protect the child .

Also, interesting fact (this is scientifically searchable) the Most High asked that circumcision takes place on the 8th day post childbirth as by that time, the body has an unusually high amount of Red Blood Cells, and blood products to heal from the blood loss of circumcision. After which the levels drop into a more nominal "stable" levels.

That"s weird because in the Christian Law of the New Testament you DON'T circumcise your kids because they have been circumcised spiritually through the baptism into the Holy Trinity initiated by Jesus Christ 's crucifiction and resurrection ! Stated as such by Apostle Saint Paul in his letters.
