I feel you on filling up often. The MPG is actually not terrible. Its the small gas tank of 13.7 gallons. Not sure what BMW was thinking there. Maybe a way for BMW to shed some weight on a pretty heavy car.

Stock exhaust sounds better than removing resonators or going straight pipe. The popular opinion is that louder is sounds best, but I like to hear a nice tune vs just noise.

picking mine up next week - 2024 Alpine white with 4, 000miles. Got the Stealership installing AC Snitzer lowering springs and spacers + having PPF put on the front of the car. Next week cannot come quick enough

Coding out active sound design through bimmer code will be solid. Also the rear seat head rests go down for a little extra visibility!

I have a g87 m2, h&r springs, mad mid pipe, dinan drop in filters, removed carbon and plastic mesh from oem. Installed dinan pcu.. did yellow drl... im basically cs spec, car is Hella fun but it's really a drift machine now.

I'm sure you know but you can turn off the auto lock/unlock when you're near the car. Gets super annoying when you're washing it with the key on you.

Having that feature on means the key is constantly sending a signal to the car, which eats the key battery faster but more importantly I heard it makes it easier for people trying to clone your key

I have had mine since June ‘24; daily driver; love it. I can’t wait to drive it every day. I upgraded the stereo and it’s awesome. I’ve added the TRE carbon fiber body kit (front lip, side skirts, rear spoiler, winglets, mirror caps): looks amazing in Brooklyn Gray. Black was my second choice. Wish I had the carbon buckets but didn’t want the CF roof because I’m a sunroof fan. I get 27 mpg. If there was anything I’d change, it’s simply the addition of cooled seats and no active exhaust sound. You’re correct, this car is the first BMW ever you can say is a bargain compared to the few in its class.

For the past year I only wanted the F87 and then now seeing the G87 around Vancouver, I definitely think it looks even better in real life. The new colours look great too!

I placed an order last week for a 2025 in skyscraper grey. A dealership had an open allocation for one and I took advantage of that right away. Currently waiting for my allocation number so I can track my cars progress.

Pro tip on the phone charger. Always put the phone orientation so the top of the phone is closest to the driver side. I find it useable that way

About to get rid of my 240i f22 for one of these. I think you have sold me on the black. Always lusted after a batmobile. Your right, it doesn't need mods. German engineers know how to set up a car, why anyone would want to mess up those dynamics makes no sense to me, we don't really do that in Europe, yet every US review I've seen on the M2 they completely screw with the suspension, ride height and more.

Enjoy this beast! I have the 2024 Black Sapphire as well, got it brand new and now put 12k miles already. Its a dream to drive and I use it to commute to work as well.

Great price man. A lot of G87s WITHOUT the bucket seats are going for $62-65, 000. 5 to 10, 000 miles on the dash

Congratulations again, well deserved. Happy you are enjoying it as much as you are. I have yet to see you around in it. I live in Waxhaw, "Rehoboth is the way" lol. No car shows yet. 24 Dravit Grey G82 that Nick did full PPF on. Track day sounds like a blast, Nick has my contact info if you want to add a stock G82 to the track day.
