In this challenge you'll see 3 glute specific exercises and 2 inner thigh specific exercises. This super fast workout hits inner thighs and booty hard. If you're looking for a challenging workout you can do any time, any where, this is the workout for you!

It's best to warm-up a few minutes before jumping right into this workout because it's almost non-stop and a tad challenging. Here is the workout:

Internal / External Rotation - :45s ON :15s rest

Seated Ball Squat - :45s ON :15s rest

Hip Thrust & Hip Thrust Hold - :30s of reps :15s of hold :15s of rest

Thanks Brian and Alex. You guys come up with the coolest workouts. I need to do hip thrusts. I'm the alpha male at my gym and the guy that everyone talks to the most, so I'm nervous that other guys are going to start smirking. Then again, women are always giving me flirty stairs with huge Smiles whenever I do a unique exercise that guys normally don't do. I'll give it a shot at my gym. I'll do it like in the video that you guys have displayed and I'll ask one of my female trainer friends to correct my form if it needs it. Thanks again guys for the cool video.

This feels like the 3rd or 4th Critical Bench video I've watched today! On the up side I've found some really good exercises to do! On the downside I may need to limit the amount of time I spend watching YouTube videos😞 But I like coach Brian he has a lot of insight! And Alex looks happier working out than I've ever been! As a sidenote where can someone get one of those Critical Bench shirts from?

Sir, I just was led here from an adductor video you made. I am 46 and consistently have difficulty with my left leg after cycling. Tight QL, tight Glute medius, tight adductor‘s all left side. Question one, do you think I should start focusing more on my adductor‘s? I consistently try to strengthen my glutes to no avail. Question two do you think this video will help? Thank you!

I was instructed that when you do a hip thrust, your spine should be in neutral or slight POSTERIOR pelvic tilt. Your tutorial confused me because if your hips are thrust forward, that's anterior pelvic tilt and if your hips are tilted backwards, that's posterior pelvic tilt.
