Add esp32/esp8266 on New Arduino IDE

If you also have other alternatives boards, Arduino provides in its Boards Manager an important number of them, like boards based on nFR, Intel, SAM, SAND, etc etc etc (This is straight on the Arduino IDE when you do Click on the Boards Manager)
