I understand being frustrated by the stupid system they have. It IS stupid. But that poor teller didn't make those rules, and it's usually the case that they'll get in trouble with their boss if they refuse to enforce those rules. This is like when people pay for a parking ticket using entirely pennies (though not quite as bad).

I once had a girl in my class that decided to braid my hair when I fell asleep one time. Kinda pissed cuz I don’t have the motor controls and really bad OCD when it comes to that kind of stuff so I can’t braid my hair. Always want to braid my hair when it is that long just for shits and she knew that and decided to fuck with me. Even bow I will still get a tag on social media from about that.
