My recommendation would be to stop saying "we as catholics believe", and instead say "it is".... for its not just something catholics believe in but it is the truth. So we must stop saying "we as catholics believe that the eucharist isthe actual body of christ" and instead say "the eucharist IS THE BODY OF CHRIST".
