Samsung Galaxy Tab A Won't Charge-How To Fix It

In this video, I show you how to fix a Samsung Galaxy Tab A that won't charge. This is a problem that occurs every once in a while, and it is pretty easy to get to the bottom of. I go over a few steps that you should try that will hopefully allow you to solve your problem and get your Galaxy Tab A to start charging again. If you have tried all of these methods, there are still some things that you can do, but they require some more advanced hardware procedures.

Yes these little things can be the reason it might not be working. But come on dude! If we haven't tried these or at least tried a few of them we wouldn't be at this point for most all of us. Then you provide NO HELP AT ALL.

Good video. I just want to add my experience which may help others.

My Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra was left unattended for about 10 days with it being ON.
The battery died and I was I tried the charger. It just showed nothing but a dim light. I HAD to leave it for about ONE hour and then finally got 1%, 2% etc to breath life!
I was using my ThinkPad Laptop charger USBC which worked wonders. When I removed the cable and tried the Samsung Plug with another cable it would NOT charge. Yet that same cable would fast charge my Note20+ with no problem. I then swapped the cable for another which was fast charging and it worked.
The point I am making here is there are 5 important factors:
1. The Cable must the good quality built for fast charging!
2. The Plug Adapter must be a good USB fast charging (preferably Samsung one!)
3. Be patient, and be prepared to wait at least ONE hour to see some life back on the Tablet.
4. Don't drain the battery to ZERO as this may cause the above worry.
5. Power down the device once fully charged and don't leave it on Standby for extended period.
Also follow the other guides like checking the connections and fluff debris etc.
Has anyone else had a similar issue?

I haven't started my sons samsung kids ipad in about almost two years, I plugged it in and there was no charging indication, I did what u said, to press the power button and the lower button and now the ipad is charging! Yay! Thanks!!!

My tablet is dead and will not charge. Blew out the charging port area.. Tried 2 different chargers and both work fine on other devices...the device has not been used in a long time, so will I have to replace something in it?

Oh gosh...The first step...I used it on another phone and it works (Charger) I used another charger, 0 percent....I cant let it break my dad gave it to me and its very special...Im so scared :(
