Can’t find the RAV Filehub in Apple AppStore. Can someone link here?

I have this thing and it is extremely slow. I was getting the impression that you could go out side of your network and transfer files wirelessly. If true, please show me how to wirelessly. Also, getting this thing to sync up is much harder to do than shown in the video. It has me entering in passwords and tells me to reset my password. I actually had this thing up an running and for me wasn’t really impressed. That’s just my opinion. Others may love this device but me, not so much..

RAV File Hub app is no longer in the App Store. It started crashing several months ago and they couldn’t fix it yet. The company pulled the app from the App Store and never put it back. That makes this hub obsolete. Any thoughts on that?

Dear, have You try us it today? App RAV filehub I can not not run on three IOS devices and app disappeared from APP Store ;-( I hate devices which are quick out of service.

Got it today and all good but can't get it to run on my home network at 5g. Runs at 2.4 fine. Do I need to untether my router as 2.4g and 5g separately as currently my sky router is synchronised between the two?

im facing problem is that the apps has showing only 10 files and even i tried single button backup but copy only 10 files but there are many files. plz suggest me how to solve this problem.

Hi, great video man, But I have a question for you, I was trying to play a video clip from an S/D card and a message popped up say “ NO APPLICATION INSTALLED TO OPEN FILE” Any ideas.
