When the doctors can't find out what is wrong with a person, why don't they immediately check for poisoning? Why do the people have to die first before they check? Makes no sense to me!

A former caregiver helped herself to my mother’s money before my mother went into a nursing home with dementia. Once I figured this out, I reported it to the firm she worked for and they said they had noticed that this caregiver had been showing increased interest in being assigned to go to my mother’s home, and they had cut her hours back. She went to court, and the money was recently paid back and court costs paid. My mother passed away not knowing any of this happened. This woman was vetted and it still happened. I think the theft started almost from the beginning, in small amounts so I wouldn’t notice. I think my mother’s dementia made it easy for the caregiver to get her trust. Family members need to watch a vulnerable loved one’s finances and welfare when a caregiver is involved.

Lynn seemed to be a very special person. That she had so many medical problems and then died by someone she loved and trusted over money is the lowest of lows. May she forever be at peace.

Since Jessie was friends with Lynn for a long time, I suspect that most if not all of Lynn's health decline has been slow death all along.

This is a stellar example of why we have to check on vulnerable people and examine their caretakers.

it's disgusting how the defense and so called "experts" are allowed to try and tarnish the reputation of the deceased...unreal

The evidence against Kurczewski is obvious. She did it and has no remorse for taking another's life.

I kind of believe that the axe murderer guy was innocent and the only reason that the burglary looks so staged is because the daughter was at home playing by herself for I know that that tea set looks like it was set up by a little Somebody might have really broken in and killed that woman and the daughter continued to play as usual and it made it look like it was a botched I know that my kids go through my purse the second they get the chance! And that's exactly what looks like happened with that woman's purse.... I may not be right on this theory but I'm almost positive that he didn't do it....

severe gastrointestinal problems were stemming from the several different pain pills she was on.. go back and freeze frame the autopsy report she was on more than a dozen pills more than half are narcotics 🤷🏻‍♀️ js she was probably sad to be getting older and falling apart.. aren’t we all?! but I don’t for a second think this lady did herself in this way 💯 she had too many other drugs to have a nice peaceful bye bye than to use something that would make her hurt and sick.. this 🅱️ took advantage of that poor sick sweet lady! 🤬

Im so glad they weren’t able to pin it on the black guy who was not even in the area.

In the first episode, I believe the judge, and asked myself the same question. Had Jesse Kurczewski been poising her "friend" all along. Amazing. She didn't have such severe symptoms, that required numerous hospitalizations until AFTER Jesse came along. Pure pathological and evil. Keep her behind bars and warn her cellmates.

There’s something soooo heartbreaking when the only one a vulnerable person trusts is the one they should’ve trusted the least. Poor woman. RIP

''when your married to a man you know his heart and soul'' no ma'am! you only know the 'him' he presented to you after this happened. you weren't there at the time nor do you know what kind of marriage they had, you only know what he's told you and how he's 'acted' with you.
