An enderman is a tall neutral mob found in all three dimensions. Endermen normally ignore players but run to attack those that damage it or look directly at its face. Endermen teleport to avoid water (which harms them), sunlight, projectiles and some other damage sources, and they occasionally pick up certain blocks.
When they are in hostile stage they mouth is open while they are shaking over anger

The Enderman is a hostile character that's based off Slenderman. Its a very ethereal mob that can teleport and can hold blocks in their hands.

For clarification this isn’t what Minecraft is as a game this is just a custom map, and most of the “characters” he is doing surgery on are mobs in game except for Steve who is a playable character

When me and my younger brother were little our oldest brother went through a couple of prepper/ survivalist stages, he dragged us along with his niche hobbies, so we actually learned how to suture and even practiced using oranges with the peels still on, I think suturing is a very useful basic skill that everyone should know and practice

Endermen are mobs (can be passive or hostile) that can be found throughout Minecraft. They hate water, they have a tendency to swipe blocks, and can teleport.

Never look one in the eye, or they will become very aggressive. Unless of course you're wearing a jack o lantern 🎃
