I decided to take it a step further and react to that & the viral "They did surgery on a grape" video. I had my hysterectomy done with DaVinci, no side effects other than the usual gas post-op. Went home the next day just because they took endometrial tissue off part of the intestines and wanted to monitor it. No vaginal bleeding or spotting. I’m very grateful for DaVinci.

I had robot-assisted right colectomy 3 weeks ago. The evening of the surgery, I was up walking. The next day, I came home. Huge difference in pain, infection risk, trauma to surrounding tissues and recovery time when compared to the open and Lap surgeries I worked/assisted as a surg-tech. Hats off to the incredible skills of these surgeons, specifically my surgeon, and the amazing capabilities of the da Vinci system.
