I'm really surprised the tests were as close as they were, considering the GPU pairings. I have a 2700x in my system, but its a placeholder until I can get a 5600x on a decent deal. And I have it paired with a 6700xt. I was surprised with some of my benchmarks, but it makes sense now considering the platform my cpu is on. Great video!

This build is perfect for me, im glad i found your video as i could'nt go with ZTC's build as it heavily relies on used market.
As someone belonging from a town which has to import most of its non existent silicon chips and a very limited used market, i can see this as a absolute win!

thank you for the eye opener on the new i3s. the comparison was something i needed cuz ive wrote most of those builds off, ill def snag if i see a good price. i do still agree and would still choose the 2700x for the same reasons you did, am4 is such a crazy platform its so hard not to beat.

Gonna be honest they both look good and I would be fine with either one. I do have to ask why you didn't go with the r5 3600, seeing as they go for about the same and the ipc improvement will give you better performance. Either way I would go for your system if I was choosing between the two.

Total win, when you look at price to performance. Zack always preaches esthetics and price to performance, you got this. Love the looks and the build. Could you have used the Ryzen 5 3600 and still kept the build price the same or close. Keep doing what you do, love the content

*I went with a Ryzen 5600 + 2060S + B550M for £370 & Ryzen 5600 + 5700XT = A520 for £355, didn't look as clean as this though but I was going for profit*

I built a near identical system (2700x and 3060 8gb) but in an ITX form factor for a similar price, loving the results!

Nice build. I think Zach's PC looks better because of the white GPU, but I think you won performance. You could also go 1440p on that 3060, where that 1060 would die LOL.
