At a 1500$ budget I would use a RX 6750XT or 6800XT.

B550m gigabyte for ~120$
16 gb ram 8x2 Corsair
Pc case with pre-installed fans ~80$
Cpu cooler(I recommend using dark rock 2 black)
Rx 6800 or Rx 6750xt (if u r a nvidia fan that hates amd, u can buy 3060ti)
Psu zalman 700w or if u have more money u can buy Corsair psu, it's safe.
A400 ssd (I will take 480gb)
And if u have 3 fan gpu u need to buy gpu support...

You can also get custom prebuilts, however wait until a holiday cuz u can usually get a pretty sweet deal, like i got a basevalue of 1400$ for 1250$ + a free 80$ keyboard and cheap mouse. you just gotta usually wait a couple weeks.

i7 or ryzen 7 with a 32gb of ram and the Rx 20g card for about 1450 and 700$ for the graphics card.

I managed to get my build for $1600, The big things are an rtx 3060, intel i5 11th gen cpu, 16gb ram, 500gb ssd, only bad thing is lack of cooling and airflow as I have 1 fan to suck out all the air

I built a 3080 build with all new parts for 1500 if you look around enough and you're patient you can make some pretty sick builds for a good price

You can get gigabyte b650 motherboard, ryzen 7 7800x3d, Arctic liquid freezer iii 360 cpu cooler and rtx 4070 super in micro centre for 1100$ I think Ram and SSD are also included. I got this combo and just had to buy cabinet and power supply. If I had done this build seperately it would have cost me 1600-2000$ but since this combo came in clutch I was able to build it for 1200-1300$. Best combo!

Lenovo also has very good prebuilts.
I got a i7 12700f, 3070, 16gb ddr5 ram, 1tb SSD. For just 1300. And with that 3 years premium care and cool looking rgb, glad panel, one software for all the lightning usw. (All upgradeable) for anyone wondering: I got the legion i5 tower ( it has a lot of different versions)

PSU: This is personal preference. 650W+ are good. I have gone with 750W for future upgrades.

RAM: 2x 16 GB DDR 5 Corsair Vengeance

SSD 1: 1 TB Samsung 970 EVO PLUS

SSD 2: 2 TB Samsung 970 EVO PLUS

Case: NZXT H9 Flow

Cooling: NZXT T120 RGB (airflow, cus I‘m scared af of water cooling)
