I’m starting ALL over!!! Just kidding, but what if I did? While analyzing today’s investing market, I realized that it is a very different world than when I started out a few years ago. Not everyone is born to be a salesman. Selling yourself vs selling a product or service is completely different. Ryan pineda even says that even if you're not the sales guy you outsource the work. Now ofc you need to have some sort of good communication skills. It would be a lot easier and more sensical for someone who is bad at sales to stick to what they're good at rather than trying to master a skill that might take years to do. Pushing this false notion that a gimmicky sales job is the only way out is hogwash. There are a plethora of small businesses you can start on the side that will increase your income. Quit Pushing what has worked for you must work for everyone else.

125 to 200 families are paying for your lifestyle. Pretty Excellent.. way to go?
The hedge funds own 1/3 of all the residential real estate in the United States. They are pricing working people out of the housing market. I'd explain to you how to fix it but I don't want to be such a buzz kill.
