The Problem is with me loosing weight is that I always eat, even when I'm not hungry. I just eat unhealthy stuff, when I'm bored and I don't know how to stop that when I have kind of hunger attacks for sweets.

Ive been working out and eating healthy for about 2 months and have lost 15 pounds and I started doing HIIT workouts this past week and have instantly lost 3 pounds in a week! Thank you so much for mentioning that!

I feel like whenever I try to lose weight it's not even for myself it's for the people at my school who are perfect is that bad

i've been working on getting healthy since january and i kind of fell off the wagon early this month. i worked out a few times but didn't watch or track what i ate or reach my water goals. then just a few days ago i had an AWFUL brain day where I decided i hated my body. this sucks because sometime last year i finally learned to love myself. but, that terrible brain day led me to a renewed energy for this journey. i've tracked everything i've been eating, drank so much water and like no pop (2 cans so far, but i've created a rule i have to have already had eight glasses of water that day before i can choose that)... it's so hard, but just keep getting back on the wagon. those days where you feel awful and your self esteem drops so low you feel like you've hit rock bottom is what will motivate you to keep going. watch some movies that make you happy and laugh (i suggest pitch perfect, either one) and move on.

I feel like you're back to your old self (obviously older, wiser, and all that good stuff) from before you move to LA! So excited to watch all your new happy content :)
I've been on my own weight loss / get healthy journey and I've dropped my first 10 pounds! I'm gunna use that incentive of rewards to build my workout gear collection 😂

i have always hated my weight, so instead of complaining about it for another year, I have been trying to lose weight. my goal is 20-25 pounds, and I've lost around 10-15. I gained weight mostly from overeating and eating unhealthy, so it gets really difficult, but if you think about how many times you've gotten upset over your weight, then you probably won't want to eat that snack that you were going to eat anymore.

I've lost 22 pounds since March! I'm currently around 143-144. My weight fluctuates the time! I was 130 when I graduated high school, I'm not striving to get there, I just want to look and feel great about myself!!

I would love to see a video all about going to the gym! I'm so freaked out going to the gym because I don't really know what to do but the elliptical lol. So a video about like different workouts to do there, how to make the most out of your gym visit, etc, would be so awesome!!! Congrats on your weight loss, you are absolutely glowing! You definitely inspire me to take steps towards living a more healthy and balanced life :)

I was dieting and lost weight pretty quickly; I ended up losing around 30 pounds. After spring break, school became more tough and I began to stress eat and gain weight...School is finally over and you've inspired me to get back on track :)

something that a lot of people don't know is that weight lifting is a lot more effective than cardio!! the results of weight lifting are pretty similar to HIIT, but you continue to burn calories 24-48 hours after your weight training session. also, with only doing cardio, all you do burn the fat, but while weight lifting, you are burning the fat and toning at the same time! many people think you have to burn the fat and then tone up, but that is not the case :)❤️ i am so happy for you and your accomplishments!

Your before and after pictures (already) are literally insane ( you can 100% tell the difference!!!) You look so great! You inspire me to join you in losing weight and getting healthy again :) I would love to see which HIIT workouts you do!!

That's seriously such an accomplishment! These are SUCH great tips and I love that you've pursued this in a healthy way. I lost 20lbs a couple years ago and have kept it off even after a baby and it feels so good. I'm pregnant again now though soo will be gaining weight and growing a baby again😜 xo
