People should not be afraid to push the emergency stop button, I think as a society we are train to never touch that big red button but this would have been justified

It's so sad that things like this happen. There are several other videos of similar things happening. There was this video I found where this dog was dangling by the leash for like 10 seconds, but a lady ripped the leash in time.
