Thank you Lord that I can say it is well with my soul in the midst of my struggle to totally overcome this resentment the animosity that has come over me when my sisters and there children turn there backs on me.When my dad pass away.They told stories about me that hurt me so much.Tomorrow it's my Mum's 96 bday and all the family is invited.There are so much hostile between the family. This song makes me think of Job. The man who wrote it is metaphorically ripping open his chest to bare his heart before God and man. He truly endured pain that few of us have ever experienced. Through his suffering he held tightly to His true love, God. I just know the reunion upon his death was beautiful.

God bless you! I have just recently started "signing" (ASL) music for our Church choir. This song is among the favorite of all the songs I do.
With the choir singing, the congregation says it's like a conductor leading a symphony. Not so much my "skill" as the fact the American Sign Language forms are an inspiration of themselves.
(I joke that I joined the choir and, on day one, the Music Minister suggested I take up sign language.)
