The bass note is funny, but that is what make Lang Lang great to a certain extent. So many pianist act like they're afraid of the freaking bass notes. Lang Lang really understand the richness of the piano.

Apart from her immense talent, I like the sense of humor of Yuja Wang and the way she collaborate in "humble" projects (I am not directly referring to these two well known comical musicians).

I wonder about what had done some high-nosed (but very talented) pianists from years and decades ago. I could suggest some names but I don't want to seem disrespectful with artists that I admire so much for their talent and subtlety.
