Hi! Your content is quick and no-nonsense. Question: is the hack squat better for runners or is the other short (glutes and hamstrings squat) that you made better for runners?

Yeah this looks like it targets quads more. I was confused about the other video abt glutes

I think I am doing it wrong my bone somewhere in back near is in pain i am leaning to the bar but i think my that bone hit first instead of my shoulder

I feel like I can't squat and will fall back when I put my feet forward as if it shifts my centre of gravity and I can't exert force while returning upwards. Where am I wrong?
