This error started happening "out of the blue" on my AMD Ryzen 5800X system, last night on 26th June 2024 Sydney time. My computer has been running perfectly for last 2 years. I haven't installed any new hardware or software. I checked Windows Update and strongly suspect Windows 11 update KB5039302 is what has caused this problem on my system.
I installed latest AMD Chipset Driver and latest version of Ryzen Master - BSOD crash kept happening.
My Motherboard already had latest BIOS installed. Very important for AMD CPU owners to install latest BIOS, due to many problems that have been fixed over last 2 years.
I then followed advise from this video and turned ON Hypervisor in Windows Features, even though I don't use it.
Crashing has stopped for now. I also reported this to Microsoft. I will report back here if I learn something from Microsoft.

i underclocked and undervolt my cpu for a good while and then i tried to go back to stock settings and it gave me this error when pc is idling
