Are you going to talk about the corporations that causes the obesity disease i.e. food corporations that have gotten us addicted to processed foods, or jobs that are so stressful that we have to depend on fast, processed foods to get through the day?

Why Lie? For over 40 years and right before our eyes, she had the best dietitians and trainers who worked with her but she could not loose the weight. Now in a short time she looses some 100 pounds and claims diet and exercise. Wy not tell the truth?

It’s the US food to pharma pipeline… 😒Focus on healing your childhood issues/trauma, connect with your family and friends, get in nature, listen to your body, stop worshiping celebs and comparing yourself. ❤️

So is Oprah on one of the drugs? I am after years of dysfunction in trying to lose. I need a hip replacement and my new Ortho surgeon and primary physician decided this would be the best way to lower my BMI for surgery. I am happy that they assured me it was safe and working with me to resolve the weight. I'm grateful to my amazing doctors. And the medicine has given me a new way to think about food. I'm just not hungry and the only craving I have is veggies, and beautiful salads and fish. I'm good. I wasn't able to walk from the stiffness in my hip. I'm walking really well and I lost 21 pounds in 3 weeks. I was 319 pds when I started🙏🏾my success as I continue the journey.

The individual who is capable of obesity experiences a rise in insulin when a high reward (high carb) food is simply observed. This promotes craving, consumption, and fat storage. So yes, if I look at an insulin triggering food, that prepares me to store fat for the purposes of reproduction and survival. By replacing the carbs in my diet and using resistance training to promote insulin sensitivity, I healed my obesity 15 years ago.

Family movies from 1960 -- not one person was overweight, in fact they all look skinny to me. What's changed? THE FOOD QUALITY. FACTORY FARMS. Why is this a mystery?

Many people struggle with losing weight and keeping it under control due to the consumption of the legal drug alcohol. After I quit drinking, I was able to get my weight under control. It's important to note that there is no safe level of alcohol consumption; it has been linked to an increased risk of various physical and mental diseases and conditions.

**Physical diseases and conditions:**
1. **Cancer:** Alcohol consumption is associated with an increased risk of several types of cancer, including breast cancer, liver cancer, mouth cancer, throat cancer, esophageal cancer, and colorectal cancer.
2. **Liver Disease:** Heavy drinking can lead to liver diseases such as fatty liver, hepatitis, and cirrhosis.
3. **Heart Disease:** Alcohol can increase the risk of high blood pressure, heart attack, and stroke.
4. **Pancreatitis:** Chronic alcohol consumption can cause inflammation of the pancreas.
5. **Gastrointestinal Problems:** Alcohol can cause gastritis and increase the risk of developing ulcers.
6. **Fetal Alcohol Syndrome:** Consumption of alcohol during pregnancy can lead to fetal alcohol syndrome, which causes physical and developmental problems in the baby.
7. **Weight Gain and Obesity:** Alcohol is calorie-dense and can contribute to weight gain and obesity.
8. **Weakened Immune System:** Excessive alcohol consumption can weaken the immune system, making the body more susceptible to infections.

**Mental diseases and conditions:**
1. **Schizophrenia:** Alcohol use can exacerbate symptoms of schizophrenia and other psychotic disorders.
2. **Dementia:** Chronic alcohol use is associated with an increased risk of dementia and cognitive decline.
3. **Depression and Anxiety:** Alcohol can worsen symptoms of depression and anxiety.
4. **Alcohol Withdrawal Syndrome:** Stopping alcohol consumption abruptly after heavy use can lead to withdrawal symptoms, which can be severe and include tremors, hallucinations, and seizures.
5. **Alcohol Use Disorder:** Chronic alcohol consumption can lead to addiction and dependence, characterized by an inability to control drinking despite negative consequences.

Additionally, alcohol consumption can impair judgment, coordination, and reaction times, increasing the risk of accidents and injuries.

Quitting alcohol not only helps with weight control but also significantly improves overall health and reduces the risk of developing these serious physical and mental health conditions.

I always ask myself why if these people have so much money they still have the need for more? Also, I wonder why they can not die? So many people died everyday for many reasons but apparently the bad people can get away longer that we wish.

My piehole is controlled now with Ozempic as I never had any self control over FOOD.
"My choice of drugs is FOOD", she has said many times.

This was good but a teaser I would pay to hear the full discussion! In the meantime, I will look up each doctor to see what videos and online resources they offer.

I was going to comment before seeing the video and goddamn I was right. Someone commented how such a successful person does not have the will power to lose weight, like you don’t know other famous successful people who lost their weight. Yes Oprah does not have the will power to do, she said it her self “you see me diet and diet “ these journey is about consistency if you go on and off you will never lose it, yes some people lose weight easier or build muscle easier, everyone is different some will have to put extra effort. The point is don’t find excuses like these panel tried to show you and Oprah here definitely used her weight and her supposedly struggles to get views. All you have to do is stay consistent to a plan this is the most important when you understand that this is not a video game and one day you will find the final boss but it’s forever, you will get there . Ps yes am a personal trainer

Talk about type 2 diabetes and how ozempic is needed by so many who now are having difficulty obtaining the drug because of celebrity vanity

Imagine a world where Oprah builds a kingdom, and the world still thinks her weight struggles were a matter of will power. That’s the world we have lived in. Thank you Oprah for your voice in the obesity community!

I don't really use processed foods or junk food. I've never been a soda or juice drinker. The only processed foods I've EVER used are mostly flour and sugar (beet or cane) in small amounts. I've always suffered from over eating or/and obesity as a disease. I over ate as a pencil-thin 14-year-old back in the 70s. All of my siblings (6 brothers) over ate and were thin. Now that my brothers and I are in our 50s and 60s, we are all fighting obesity.

The weight loss drugs are the only thing I have found that make me feel "normal." With semaglutide or tirzepatide, I'm able to eat the right amount and only when I'm hungry, even if it's junk food, which it usually isn't. I've even lost my voracious sweet tooth, but I still enjoy a small dessert from time to time.

I hope to get to a healthy weight and continue to use the smallest dose of tirzepatide or semaglutide indefinitely for maintenance and overall good health. My insurance doesn't cover them and I'm unemployed, but I felt it was so important that I found a company that provides the less expensive compound tirzepatide. I cashed in my measly amount of Social Security early, just so I can have these medicines for the rest of what I hope to be, a long and healthy life.

Majority of Americans do not walk! Driving everywhere with your car will not burn calories! And even if you are on a 2000 calories a day diet you will still gain weight if you do not burn those 2000 calories a day! And the highly processed food and high calorie meals are not helping! Even people in Vietnam do not walk a lot and they are the least obese nation on the planet but they eat a healthier diet!
