One thing to consider is what the symbiote would be like had it not found spiderman first. Imagine if it found batman first!

you may have sort-shrifted batman's stealth capabilities and his preexisting contingencies to deal with the other members of the justice league. depending on how much control over him the symbiote gains, he could very well enact his plans preemptively. Batman is a genius level tactician. he could easily make hits against his former friends and none would be the wiser.

Batman as venom would compensate for this, the thing you neglected in this video is the symbiote's ability to incorporate tech since it bonded with flash agent venom was highly stable compared to venom.
