Arkham batman already has equipment like sonic gadgets that perform a high pitched noise similar to the bell, i can see him just amplifying it by a 100 and getting the suit off of harry.

Also for people who say that venom is too fast and strong for batman, Batman scales above catwoman who dodged lightning and he did survive a 45 billion joule explosion and break out of an amped solomen grundys grip who can lift a few tons. He would be able to last long enough to pull his gadgets out. Or he can literally just build a suit or something specifically to counter venom.

Venoms weakness is just too exploitable, dont get me wrong though if this was no prep time venom most likely low diffs. hell, venom literally smacked spiderman once and he was out for a good few hours.

Edit: Some people saying sonic batarang won't do anything and that Venom was resistant to sound in game when a car alarm stuns him and hurts.

As much prep time Batman has, I doubt he could really beat Venom. Sure, he can use his Sonic Batarangs which are possibly upgraded but it wouldn’t be enough to remove the Symbiote from Harry nor does he even have the physical capability to hurt Venom. Let’s not also forget that they needed Peter to have the Anti-Venom to destroy the Symbiote and even Venom was still beating him. So, it’s most likely Venom would win with a lot of difficulty ( High Diff ), because Batman would continuously use his Sonic Weapons until he had run out.

Speed, agility, and dc go to venom (he’s able to dodge a few bullets during the running scene and is able to flee whole kilometers of distance with his wings, he is also powerful enough to destroy building).
