God I remember when Gumbly was the meme of the hour, seeing it spread through social media everywhere, friends sharing it, it was hilarious. I somehow didn't catch this though, I first heard about this a couple of years too late

Twitter users are really good at creating artwork of Mario enemies that were cut from video games, but can still appear in video game files sometimes. I guess I could say that they are better than Nintendo at making these enemies. Am I right?

I found out Scripulous_fingore's real purpose!
It's say that they were gonna add invisible lava bubbles in the ghost house that Scripulous_fingore's would point at to tell you where it is.
Once you get hit by one it becomes visible.

I don't know, I still remember a vague glitch in new super mario bros ds where mario was replaced by a brown block and even though it was a normal level, it would be a ghost level instead and no matter what happened, he would die. It creeped me out as a kid.
