Indian call centre scammers targeting foreigners around the world with the IRS and Microsoft Tech Support scams have reached an epidemic level. They're destroying India's reputation around the world with every single scam call. So, I'm taking you to a scam call centre in India to show you exactly how these call centres are scamming foreigners for hundreds of millions of dollars every year.

Even a small scam call centre like this one can make over $500,000 USD a year. Usually, they scam elderly computer-illiterate people out of between $400 - $1600. They do this by placing pop-up windows on websites which trick the person into phoning them to "get rid of a virus." It's all a scam and a lie and the person's computer has no virus at all. These scammers prey on our naivety and people who are less savvy with computers.

UPDATE 2: They've taken down their Facebook page and both websites. They've seen the video and they're cleaning their tracks. UPDATE 1: We want to get the Indian Police involved. But there are MANY obstacles for them. I'll talk about them in my next video. I hope the Police will start taking this seriously, but wait until you hear why they don't/won't/can't take action. It's not as easy as we all think, unfortunately! Hence this problem has grown out of control.

I'm considered an old person (72) but I'm also a computer geek. Two reasons why I've never been scammed though I get many scam messages:
1. I never would pay for technical support. I can fix my own problems.
2. I run Fedora Linux on my PCs. :-)
