Shipwrecks usually have 2 to 3 chest one with loot one with food and one with a buried treasure map

You have to kill the pillagers with a banner to get an ominous bottle than you drink it at a village to start a raid to get totems of undying

Jack that structure you defeated is called a pillager outpost. If you find one of the pillagers with a banner on his head he will drop an ominous bottle. If you drink them you well get the bad omen effect on a scale of 1-5(labelled on the bottle) which if drank is used to start a raid if you are nearby a village. Those raids are very hard for your level but they have good rewards such as loads in emeralds and some totems of undying which is like an extra life if it is in your off hand or right hand. Those magma blocks that suck you into the water are actually really good. If you crouch on top of them you take no damage and it lets you breath underwater.

23:41 That structure is an Ocean Ruin. If you make a brush using a stick, a feather and copper, you can excavate the structure and find things like pottery sherds. Also, if you see a magma block underwater with bubbles above it, you can crouch on it and refill your oxygen.

Tips I noticed:

Pillager outpost = raids = totems of undying, making them incredibly important the more you go on. (They also drop a pretty good amount of valuable loot, and make every villager trade discounted)

Armourer, tool smith, and weapon smith villagers will trade for DIAMOND ARMOUR AND TOOLS at max level, which is pretty easy to get if you have a good way to get emeralds, you should save your diamonds for other things like an enchantment table, and at the very most only bother crafting your first diamond pickaxe

I wouldn’t bother with the ocean temple unless you want sponges, as that’s the only valuable loot from them.

ARMOUR TRIMS CAN BE DUPLICATED, always save one of each kind of armour trim so you can duplicate them in the crafting table using 7 diamonds, later on 7 diamonds won’t be as steep of a cost

4:16 Jack you can make suspicious stew with the oxeye daisies you picked. Suspicious stew gives a different effect depending on the flower you use to craft it (with the bowl in bottom left, a red and brown mushroom on top, and flower in bottom right). With the oxeye daisies it gives you regeneration, so it could come in handy.

For the monument (big under water structure) bring milk, so that when the elder guardian gives you mining fatiuge (the inability to mine) you can drink the milk and be able to mine again for a couple of seconds. Also bring doors, since when you place doors under the water you get a pocket of air.

Jack, lower your simulation distance by as much as possible: this will be annoying in the night with mob spawning but it will prevent Daveed from moving further away from you unless he's in your simulation distance.

Jack here are some extremely useful tips on Minecraft and what you could do to improve gameplay:

26:33 A fletching table currently has no use other than a job block for a Fletcher villager, and a Lectern is the job block for a Librarian. You can also put books on lecterns for fun i guess
22:48 Underwater magma blocks create water currents that suck entities down to the bottom. Water currents are actually useful as you can crouch on them to get breath.
11:20 You should bring many buckets of milk with you (to remove the Mining Fatigue effect given by the Elder Guardian) and water breathing potions are useful too if you like.
17:21 A super easy way to kill Iron Golems is to just build up 3 blocks. This way, the golem cannot reach you and you can easily kill it without getting hurt. Also, Iron Golems *are* a very useful way of getting iron, as they respawn fairly quickly and can be easily farmed this way to get heaps of iron in minutes.
19:43 The loot in Pillager Outposts can be great sometimes, and you can also kill the Pillager with the banner on it's head to collect an Ominous Bottle, which summons a raid when drunk.
19:54 That isn't another Village, instead it is an Igloo, a small structure that when generated has a 50% chance of having a basement under the carpets inside, which contains a golden apple, a potion of weakness, a Zombie Villager and a normal Villager. This is a hint to the special way of curing zombie villagers, where you feed a zombie villager the golden apple and the weakness potion, then wait a few minutes and it will turn into a regular, cured villager. You can get an advancement from this
14:08 Usually Iron will generate much more the further up you go. The best place for Iron is at y=228, so look for huge mountains that reach this number.

Tips for jack
1. Cooked beef and pork are usually better food but if you want to be vegetarian then you should eat bread because it heals the same as baked potatoes and is easier to get.
2. Only go into the ocean monument when you are completely prepared because you get basically nothing from doing it but it is very hard to do.
