Broccoli sprouts turned my SIBO around after food poisoning. A month of pissing out my azz and burping hot soda(never had such disgusting burps) had me eating nothing for days, gave up coffee, can't eat soy... all I could eat was oatmeal and cooked greens. Then I read something about the anti microbial effects of broccoli sprouts. I now eat them every day and my gut is so much happier

I’ve had chronic diarrhea since I started lansoporazle 7 yrs ago to help heal my bleeding ulcers on my esophogus. It got pretty bad for a time in June, but I ended up with Lyme disease….at that time, so that might have been the reason. Then it got better, actually went away for 3 months after a round of Doxycycline. I took double probiotic for a month or so. But, three months later started up again, but not as bad. I started at 30mg of landoporazle when I started, but have self-reduced it to one 15mg about twice a week.
So still have it, on bad days 3-4 times, frequently urgent. I am fasting and eating clean now, and trying to self heal.
So my point is I’ve watched lots and lots of videos….yours is the best I have found!!! You pretty much explained everything and very well. Thank you 😊💩

I told my psychiatrist Dr. Eric Lehman I been having diarrhea ever since I got a Corona virus shot at Walmart! And now I have worst diarrhea than I had before! Every since I left Southwestern State mental hospital in Thomas County Georgia!

I have had severe chronic diarrhea for five years... so... now for the first time, I see that the Ibuprofen I also take every night to help me sleep for the past five years could be why... I have had terrible problems sleeping so I have been taking two extra-strength Ibuprofen almost ever night for many years, just so I can get some sleep. Gosh I have watched a lot of videos but never had anyone say this before. I also have terrible anxiety and sometimes depression. I don't have a Doctor so I have not seen one since 2012... She told me to lose weight and I haven' t so I never went back... My Doctor retired so now I don't have one... Well... I am going to just stop all food and just have water for a few weeks and see if I can get better... thanks so much for your video... it gives me hope, finally... I have been on the toilet with diarrhea about 15 times today... it's exhausting... but I won't be able to sleep tonight because I won't be taking the Ibuprofen tonight... You forgot TOXINS! enterotoxins come NOT necessarily from LIVE pathogens! I have a STAPH infection, more over specifically a staphylococcus aureus enterotoxin which does, I know, as I am suffering right now from such, gastrointestinal symptoms predominately well... uh, diarrhoea!
