I'm doing rehab right now for my shins and sadly I don't have a tib bar but have found great success sitting down with feet straight infrobt and wrapping a band around my feet. Then pointing my toes away and towards my body. This still gives you the range of motion of a tib bar.

All of these exercises have been staples in my more recent workout programs. Had shin splints and knee & ankle weakness last year but since doing the Zero Program, those are all gone. I now have my youngest son doing these to help strengthen his tendons and muscles. My next goal is trying to get my brother to incorporate these exercises into his routines to bounce back from multiple surgeries. These instructional videos are very helpful in explaining the exercises and the purpose behind them. Nice work on the video team💪🏽

Backwards sled has changed my legs forever. It's crazy how strong your lower body feels from sleding on the regular.

I've had shin splints for the last 5 months and the doctors just gave me anti-inflammatories but it hasn't helped much, so I'm very glad this video came out. Going to try this, hope it helps

got shin splints from boxing, got so bad i couldn't walk without pain. Started ATG 6 weeks ago and i can now jump rope on 2 feet without pain. Thank you so much

Video came just in time, I am going in the army soon and will be needing strong lower legs.
My legs are prone to posterior shin pain and want to decrease the risk of getting issues in basic training.
What excercise would u say is the best to focus on for getting the posterior tibia up to strength quick?

Also bought myself a Tib bar and made myself a sled from wood so I can train that too.
The rest will be bodyweight excercises
