I have a question for you: What do you think is the best option to escape the middle-class trap and become rich, starting a business or getting a job? Well, if you had asked me this question 5 or 6 years ago, I would have answered without a second thought: business.
But after trying various businesses over the past few years, to be honest, if I didn't have this YouTube channel, I might not be in business today. I've suffered significant losses and made mistakes that make it difficult for everyone to survive.
That's why I hope you don't think in black and white like my younger self did. Understand that the answer actually depends on some very important factors, which I'm going to discuss in this video today. It's very true, i am 43 years old, done both job and business.i loved teaching at an engg college, but after 8 years, i realised I am wasting my time and skills, so I left teaching after a couple of years and started my business. There i used my skills and time but it was very very tough. In 3-4 years i earned double of yhat i gained during 10 years of job. Now I have taken a break because of health issues. So my advice to young people will be
1. Take any job for at least 4-5 years preferably in which you want to make your career but do it with honesty and hard-work
2. When you are ready with mind, skills and money, start your own business considering most of the risks involved

Than what we have to chase.. mental peace.. and happiness.. either you in a business or job.. give your 100% and keep the time for family.. friend and your self.
