I’m trying to use my pen to write with the cricut maker... all the tutorials I’m watching say there should be a “writing” option under the “style” drop down menu but I don’t have it!

how do i get rid of the double lines when uploading a line drawing (svg) on cricut? Seems like the draw function makes my line drawing into outlines (double lines). How can I fix it?

can you write with the pens on vinyl and does it smudge? Can I draw an outline of a font on a label for instance so you can read colored vinyl better on clear glass for instance?

Why is my pen drawing things off center? Why isn't there an option to calibrate the pen? My circles are ovals, my letters are wiggly, my logo looks terrible! I can't get through to service I need help with this as soon as possible
