I totally agree to the weather point. They're often out and ready to adapt to the weather, be it sunshine, rainfall or snow.
One of my friends was often called by her boss whenever she was on sick leave. I told her to ignore the calls especially because they were too much 😏😣

Yes when u are on vacation u are not available
Their system is very good and here in the UK too

Keeping cash is one important habit not just to adopt wen in Germany tho buh nice tips as it helps us in other countries...
And being direct helps buh it's hard sometimes depending on the 2nd party personality 🤷🤷 I try to be direct on purpose so thanks for the reminder 🎗️
