Minimalism helped me improve my life. Essentialism and minimalism to be more specific. Even being a doctor, minimalism had a big impact on my productivity and career.

totally agreed.
the branded clothes part i partially agree with, i do believe brands are frequently useless but good quality clothes (which are often branded) are made with better fabric and last longer, thus serving the purpose of being eco-friendly and economic.. better!
